Detailed Trade Lead Description
This machine takes PP、PE as raw materials. The materials are heated、extruded and stretched into flat fibre then rolled for circular loom’s weaving . The flat fibre is drawed out with the materials such as reclaimed material powder and pellet materials through the machine .The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. Its hardness is higher than HV950 after Nitrogen treatment. The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation. All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium.
