廣宇密封件制品廠成立於2002年8月,占地面積為3700多平方米,總計投資500多萬元人民幣. 工廠擁有16台300噸2台200噸橡膠成型機,3台CNC開模機及其他配套成型設備.現擁有員工150名,制造部94;品保部:20名;工程部:6名;管理部:30名;內部品質體系完全按ISO9000:2000運作.目前日産量可達100萬件,月産值達120萬元人民幣.
預計2005年6月份進駐新生産基地,占地面積14000平方米,繼而投資50萬,購入先進的實驗設備. 在未來全力拓展歐美業務,增加橡膠成型機20台.推動合理化,電腦化,制度化之工作環境,同時於2005年7月推行TS16949.
Guang Yu Good Seals Manufacture Co(GS)was established in August of 2002,occupying 3700 square meters and investing 5,000,000 RMB totally. Good Seals own 16 cavities of 300 Ton and 2 cavities of 200 tons Press maching, 3 CNC tooling maching. GS have 150 employees right now ,(production Dept .have 94 employees,QC Dept have 20 employees, Engineering Dept .have 6 employees and Management Dept .have 30 empoyees).GS quality system are following ISO9000:2000 compeltely, and production value of the month RMB 1.200,000.
To be anticipated in June of 2005,GS new investment new factory are occupy 14,000 sauare meters and will continually to invest on QC equipment around RMB 500,000. GS will focus on Euro and American business in the future and will increase 20 cavities Press maching. GS will improve the working environment to rationalization,computerize and systemize.
